I’m here to help reconnect you to the woman you’re meant to be.

The most important relationship in our lives is the one we have with ourselves. It sets the tone for every other relationship you experience. Throughout your life, you’ve gathered pieces of others’ broken relationships with themselves. Unfortunately, it’s contributed to your current suffering.

I’ll help you figure out which pieces are yours to keep, and which ones you’ve inherited. They’ve over stayed their welcome, and it’s time to let them go in order to live the happy, juicy, mentally free life you deserve.

When we work together, I’ll focus on aspects of your wellbeing beyond the mental. Your physicality (sleeping and eating patterns), your personal relationship with spirituality, and so many other aspects contribute to your overall wellbeing. Our sessions will be tailored to address your unique challenges.

Add me to your village, and we’ll get you back to feeling like your favorite version of yourself.

  • My favorite subject on the planet! You’re probably already aware, but relationships have the ability to make or break you. When you learn the skills to create healthy relationships, you are significantly less likely to repeat old toxic patterns.

    Through our work together, you’ll learn to:

    • Recognize unhealthy habits within yourself and others.

    • Develop healthier communication techniques.

    • Cultivate the ability to identify when you’re being played before it results in destruction.

    You deserve relationships where you feel cherished, empowered, and truly connected.

  • Our self esteem contributes to the choices we make within our relationships, because it dictates how we view our own value.

    Self esteem is not necessarily all-encompassing.

    Your self esteem may be high when it comes to your intelligence, or your looks, and low when it comes to your ability to have the relationship you want, or when it comes to handling conflict.

    I’ll work with you to build and balance your self esteem by:

    • Creating appreciation for your unique attributes.

    • Fostering a positive inner dialogue.

    • Learning how to find validation from within instead of relying on an external source.

  • Shaky relational skills, low self esteem, and lack of healthy boundaries is a sure fire way to find yourself physically, emotionally, and cognitively burned out.

    Undoing burnout takes time, especially doing so within a society that seems to encourage behaviors that lead to that exact outcome.

    Together we will:

    • Create and implement healthy confrontation skills which will encourage you to be comfortable enforcing boundaries.

    • Make self care an integral part of your existence. Not an additional activity that you need to find time to schedule in.

    • Implement somatic techniques to restore your nervous system.

    • Most importantly, help you to prioritize yourself. Seeking your very own therapist, is a great start.

During our first few sessions, we will explore all of the significant relationships in your life to uncover unhealthy patterns, and replace them with new healthy skills.

You get to implement the new skills and techniques you’ve learned with the added bonus of having a therapist/accountability buddy. This ensures that you will never again end up feeling the way you currently feel.
